GSE Live is looking for a Senior Account Manager / Producer to help lead a season-long experiential platform for a top cruise line based in Miami, connected to one of the city's premier professional sports properties.
This is a hands-on, in-market leadership role that combines experiential production, client service and creative problem-solving. The Senior Account Manager / Producer will help own the program from planning through live execution, while continuously identifying opportunities to evolve and elevate the fan experience throughout the season.
Beyond this core account, this person will also be an active contributor to GSE Deportes, our soccer and multicultural sports marketing practice, bringing an experiential perspective, Miami-market knowledge and fresh thinking to other client programs and new business opportunities.
This is not a traditional desk job. The role requires someone who thrives in live environments, can solve problems in real time, builds strong relationships, and is equally comfortable executing today's experience and imagining what it can become tomorrow.
• Help lead end-to-end planning and on-site execution of a recurring matchday Fan Fest activation, ensuring each event delivers against the client's brand and creative vision at the highest quality standard.
• Serve as the senior GSE Live presence on-site, working closely with the client, property, agency partners and broader GSE account team.
• Manage field staff, project timelines and vendor coordination within fixed gameday schedules and deadlines.
• Navigate stadium and large-venue operational requirements, including security protocols, permitting, load-in/load-out and gameday logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Miami-area vendors, venues, field staff and production partners.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage vendors across all aspects of experiential production.
• Own activation-level budgeting, invoicing and financial tracking.
• Participate in weekly status calls, reporting and ongoing planning with client and agency partners.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems in real time during live activations.
• Continuously evaluate the experiential platform and identify new ideas, programming opportunities and improvements that can strengthen the fan experience throughout the season.
• Partner with GSE strategy, creative and account teams to translate client objectives, fan insights and cultural trends into activation concepts.
• Use learnings from each activation to recommend real-time optimizations and future enhancements.
• Monitor trends and innovation across experiential marketing, sports, travel, hospitality and entertainment to inspire new thinking.
• Contribute to the development of client-facing recommendations, presentations and future activation plans.
• Serve as an active contributor to GSE Deportes, collaborating across soccer and multicultural sports marketing accounts.
• Bring an experiential perspective to brainstorms, client projects and new business opportunities across the agency.
• Share Miami-market knowledge, cultural insights and emerging trends that can strengthen GSE's broader client work.
• Collaborate across GSE Live, Deportes, strategy, creative and account teams to develop integrated solutions for clients.
• You have a genuine passion for experiential marketing, sports and live events.
• You're equally energized by great ideas and flawless execution.
• You're proactive and constantly thinking about how an experience can be made better.
• You're calm and decisive when things change in a live environment.
• You're highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing a recurring cadence of events rather than a single campaign.
• You're comfortable being a senior client-facing presence and building trusted relationships with clients, partners and vendors.
• You understand that hospitality is about more than execution — it's about how an experience makes people feel.
• You communicate effectively and often.
• You have strong relationships with vendors or know how to quickly build them.
• You understand Miami's culture and can operate effectively in its diverse, multicultural environment.
• You're willing to travel and work nights, weekends and holidays when live events require it.
• 5+ years of experience creating and managing live events, experiential activations or related programs.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working within stadium, arena, sports or large-venue environments strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of client/agency relationships and experience working directly with major brands.
• Strong financial proficiency, including budgeting, invoicing and project tracking.
• Excellent presentation, written, verbal and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Based in the Miami area or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida conditions and spending long hours on-site as required.
• Ability to work a recurring live-event schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
