
This position is an amazing opportunity for an Assistant Account Manager with at least two years’ experience in experiential marketing, event management and activation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives under pressure, works well in a fast-paced competitive industry and is passionate about experiential marketing, execution, and logistics. The Assistant Account Manager will be involved in supporting the execution of multiple projects/events simultaneously, at various stages of activation.
Responsibilities:
Support the GSE account team in the development, management, and execution of marketing initiatives for regional automotive client and local dealer groups.
Assist with event planning and activation, including vehicle load in/out, display set-up, and asset management.
Coordination of vendors on the procurement of goods and services, source new vendors when necessary, and oversee the vendor bidding process.
Create and manage pre-event communications and on-site registration process.
Create program recaps highlighting post-event metrics, key learnings, and recommendations.
Ensure all client expectations and objectives are met and exceeded.
Assist in researching other experiential opportunities for client as needed.
Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for consideration.
Support GSE Live account team with various projects & assignments in the Western Region as directed.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting the development and execution of experiential marketing initiatives &/or live events.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in automotive/luxury marketing a plus.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Excellent verbal & written communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
Ability and eagerness to travel up to 50%, including nights and weekends.
Attention to detail & and ability to multi-task.
Strong planning, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to manage priorities and commitments and meet deadlines.
Excellent judgment with the ability to proactively identify issues/obstacles and effectively create solutions.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
