New York City, Rye, NY or Dallas, TX
$67,000 - $85,000

Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on CRM Manager to oversee lead-generation and nurture initiatives for client’s sports partnerships and experiential programs.

This role will connect what happens at an activation with what happens next - ensuring consumer information is collected with purpose, organized effectively, and activated through relevant communications that encourage meaningful action. From initial registration through ongoing nurture and agent handoff, you’ll help build a connected consumer journey.

The ideal candidate combines audience strategy, campaign execution, data analysis, and project management. You should be comfortable assessing an existing database, developing a nurture plan, coordinating digital experiences, and translating campaign results into clear recommendations.

Job Duties

CRM Strategy & Consumer Journey Development

• Lead CRM planning across the client’s major sports partnerships and experiential programs, connecting lead capture, audience segmentation, nurture communications, and conversion opportunities.

• Assess existing lead data, including sources, available information, communication permissions, and readiness for activation.

• Develop audience and nurture recommendations based on consumer interests, behaviors, available data, and client business objectives.

• Recommend messaging, timing, communication channels, and calls to action that encourage consumers to take the next step.

Lead Capture & Data Management

• Develop strategic lead-capture plans that balance a simple consumer experience with the information needed for relevant follow-up and measurement.

• Coordinate with account teams and technology partners to develop registration websites, mobile data-capture experiences, and other digital tools supporting activations.

• Coordinate the secure transfer of consumer data from registration platforms into the client’s database or CRM environment.

Campaign Development & Execution

• Translate approved CRM strategies into actionable campaign plans, including audience selection, messaging, creative requirements, deployment schedules, and reporting needs.

• Assess available CRM and email deployment capabilities and coordinate campaign setup with client teams and platform partners.

• Support copy and imagery development, working with creative teams to produce relevant, compelling communications.

Testing, Reporting & Optimization

• Establish a practical test-and-learn approach across audiences, messaging, timing, creative, and calls to action.

• Monitor available campaign metrics and lead outcomes to understand engagement and progression toward conversion.

• Recommend improvements to communications, consumer journeys, lead capture, and handoff processes based on results.

• Create CRM program recaps with key findings, actionable insights, and future recommendations.

• Communicate performance and priorities clearly to account teams and clients, identifying measurement gaps and operational needs.

Job Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, or a related field.

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, email deployment tools, registration systems, and consumer data workflows.

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to turn campaign and audience data into actionable recommendations.

• Strong writing, presentation, and client communication skills.

• Familiarity with HTML email production, email builders, and campaign quality assurance.
