
As a GSE graphic designer, you will work collaboratively with a growing creative department across client and project teams for a variety of design needs. A successful candidate must be a creative problem-solver, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage multiple projects, and process constructive feedback to improve designs in a timely manner.
· Work with creative team to execute branded collateral – from digital mock-ups/comps and brand identities to printed materials and presentation design, with a heavier focus in digital design (web ads, banners, social media graphics, and copywriting)
· Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral for internal and external clients. Examples include proposal graphics (e.g., infographics, graphs, maps, charts) and PowerPoint presentations
· Responsible for adhering to strict brand standards while offering a fresh approach to design, creative communication, and marketing efforts
· Provide effective visual solutions by executing client creative requests and creative projects
· Enhance client brand and marketing activation initiatives through the visual space
· Deliver creative solutions that are unique to our portfolio of brands objectives and strategy
· Work with project, marketing, strategy, and day-to-day account managers across client teams to ensure brand and creative consistency across all consumer touch points and exceed client expectations
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong time management skills, ability to balance multiple projects at once, and adhere to strict production deadlines
· 3-5 years of relevant work experience
· Excellent layout and typography skills
· Ability to take creative direction well and bring a project from conception to completion
· Understanding of printing process and specifications
· Strong written and verbal communication skills; dependable, detail-oriented, and well organized
· Copywriting experience is a plus
· Experience working in both in an agency and/or corporate environment preferred
· Work well in a small team environment
